Abstract :
This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, work ethic, and compensation on employee performance of PT. Bumi Cendana Grafika. This research used a sample size of 30 respondents who were all employees of PT. Bumi Cendana Grafika. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with the analysis tool used is SmartPLS 3.0. The test result shows that (1) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bumi Cendana Grafika. (2) Work ethic has a negative and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bumi Cendana Grafika. (3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bumi Cendana Grafika.
