Abstract :
This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of training, rewards and recognition on job satisfaction of salesman at PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana. The population used in this study were employees of sales section at PT CSA Tbk. The number of samples used is 156 respondent. The sampling technique used was the simple random sampling methods. Hypothesis testing in this study using a Partial Least Square with the SmartPLS 3.3 software and a significance level is 5% (0.05). The result of the test are (1) there is a significant effect of the training (selling skill training) on job satisfaction, (2) there is a significant effect of the rewards on job satisfaction, (3) there is a significant effect of the recognition on job satisfaction, (4) there is a significant simultaneous effect of training (selling skill training), rewards, and recognition on job satisfaction.
