Abstract :
This study has a purpose, namely to determine the effect of financial literacy, income and financial attitudes on financial management behavior in micro, small and medium enterprises in Gedong Village, Pasar Rebo District, DKI Jakarta City. The sample used was 233 MSME in Gedong Village and the sample was determined using a simple random sampling technique using the slovin formula. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis with SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The research results obtained, namely (1) financial literacy has a significant and positive effect on financial management behavior, (2) income has no effect on financial management behavior (3) financial attitudes have a significant and positive effect on financial management behavior.
