Abstract :
This research is a quantitative research that aims to knowing and proving the effect of work from home and competence on teacher productivity in SMA Sejahtera 1 Depok. The population in this research were all teachers of SMA Sejahtera 1 Depok. The sample in this study were 56 teachers of SMA Sejahtera 1 Depok using total sampling. The data collection techniques in this study were through questionnaires. The data analysis technique is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research indicate that variable of work from home have a positive and significant effect on teachers work productivity and variable of competency have a positive and significant effect on teachers work productivity.
