Abstract :
This study is a quantitative study conducted with the aim of testing and knowing Work From Home and Burnout affect teacher performance at SMA Islam Assyafi'iyah 02. This study used a population and sample of 30 respondents who were teachers from SMA Islam Assyafi'iyah 02 with the technique non-probability sample collection Sampling with the type of total sampling. The data analysis technique used is Software Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. The analytical test used was the coefficient of determination (R2), t test, and F test (simultaneous). The test results obtained (1) Work From Home has a significant effect on teacher performance at Assyafi'iyah Islamic 02 High School, (2) Burnout has a significant effect on Teacher Performance at Assyafi'iyah Islamic 02 High School and (3) Work From Home and Burnout significantly affect Simultaneously on Teacher Performance at Assyafi'iyah Islamic 02 High School.
