IMPACT OF WORK ENVIRONMENT, WORK DISCIPLINE, AND WORK MOTIVATION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF POLRI PERSONNEL AT THE POLICE OFFICE OF SAWAHLUNTO RESORT By Kintan Adela Putri Abstract This study aims to determine and prove whether the performance of these personnel is influenced by the Work Environment, Work Discipline, and Work Motivation. This research method is quantitative. The population in this study are personnel at the Sawahlunto Resort Police Office (Sawahlunto Police). Up to 63 respondents were obtained using the random sampling method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and the inference analysis using analysis tool is PLS (Partial Least Square). The results showed that the work environment variable had a positive relationship and had a significant effect on performance, the work discipline variable had a positive and no significant effect on performance, and the work motivation variable had a positive relationship and had a significant effect on performance.
