Abstract :
The Youth Information and Counseling Center or Youth PIK is a forum managed by, by and for teenagers to obtain information and counseling services about PKBR (Preparation for Family Life for Teenagers). SMA Negeri 42 Jakarta is one of the senior high schools in East Jakarta that has the PIK-KRR program as its extracurricular. The purpose of this study is to analyze the management of the Information and Counseling Center for Adolescent Reproductive Health (PIK-KRR) at SMA Negeri 42 Jakarta in 2021. This research method is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The number of informants as many as 8 people with purposive sampling method. Collecting data by in-depth interviews, document studies, and observation. The data analysis technique uses 3 steps, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. To validate the research data, triangulation of sources was carried out. The results of this study in the form of input, process and output regarding the management of PIK-KRR the results were good and in accordance with the Guidelines for the Management of Information and Counseling Centers for Youth. Suggestions in the management of PIK-KRR at SMA Negeri 42 Jakarta, it is better to keep recording and reporting of consulting services during the pandemic in order to provide the best service.
