COVID-19 is a respiratory disease caused by SARS-COV-2 virus. As of April 25, 2021, WHO reported an increase in the number of positive COVID-19 cases by 8% (5,695,277 cases) in a global context. The COVID-19 outbreak has caused changes to the hospital work system. One of the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic is the increasing prevalence of anxiety among healthcare workers. The purpose of this study was to determine factors associated with anxiety among healthcare workers in Pasar Rebo regional hospital during covid-19 pandemic in 2021. This research was quantitative analytic study with a cross-sectional design. A total of 167 healthcare workers were recruited as sampels by using convenience sampling technique. Data conducted using questionnaire Zung Self Rating Anxiety Scale. Data were analyzed by using Chi Square test. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between gender (P value = 0.014), age (P value = 0.041), marital status (P value = 0.045), status of having children (P value = 0.034), working as a nurse (P value = 0.046), and heavy workload (P value = 0.003) with anxiety levels in healthcare workers. It is recommended that hospitals can take spesific measures to maintain the mental health of healthcare workers, such as providing consultations, socializing coping mechanisms.
