Abstract :
The Strategy of Indonesia in balancing Import policy readiness created by India associated with the CPO from Indonesia. Implementation Of The AIFTA give big impact for the trading of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) between Indonesia ? India Period 2013-2017. Before the enactment of AIFTA, There are some barriers in the trade of CPO from Indonesia to India.However, Since it was formed and the enactment of AIFTA, barriers trade in CPO eliminated, but there are some obstacles and challenges faced by Indonesia that appears after the enactment of AIFTA. Concepts and theory are used are International trade, free trade, export, competitive and comperative advantage. This study used a qualitative research approach with descriptive research. The research is using primary data from documents of the Ministry of agriculture, Ministry of Trade regarding the policy of Indonesia and India related CPO as well as the Indonesia's Government strategy for balancing the readiness of India. Then the secondary data from the official website. This research uses techniques study library and interviewing in data collection. The results of this study indicate that after the enactment of the AIFTA brings the influence an increase in total production and exports of CPO to India.
