Abstract :
Diabetes mellitus is a disease that attacks metabolic problems in the patient's body, which attacks the pancreas making it unable to produce insulin that is needed by the body. The purpose of this case study is to analyze the surgical medical nursing care in Ny. N with Type II Diabetes Mellitus. The treatment was carried out according to the standard of nursing care for four days starting from the date of 02- 05 March 2020 at Ny. N 55 years old with a female sex. The results can be a problem in patients, namely the risk of blood glucose instability, damage to skin integrity, barriers to physical mobility. The implementation has been adjusted to the nursing care with the nursing plan provided in accordance with the patient's problem. The follow-up plan for nursing services is expected to be maximized both by individuals, families and groups.
