Abstract :
Non-communicable diseases are diseases that cannot be transmitted to others through any contact. One of the PTM is hypertension. Hypertension is an increase in blood pressure with a systolic value exceeding 140mmHg and diastolic blood pressure exceeding 90 mmHg when measured twice at intervals of five minutes in a calm state. A case study of nursing care in Ny. M with Hypertension. Interventions given to Mrs. M: Health Education about Hypertension, Decision Making to treat family members with hypertension, Caring for family members with complementary therapy "Progressive Muscle Relaxation Techniques", Modifying the environment with a Low Salt Diet, Health Education to utilize health facilities. Family members with less blood pressure are at risk of complications. The application of nursing care in accordance with the nursing process is achieved with good results in accordance with established outcome criteria.
