Abstract :
E-learning is one of the tangible evidences of the application of information technology and information systems that can provide benefits amid the current COVID19 pandemic conditions. One of the educational institutions that use information technology and e-learning information systems is the Veteran National Development University of Jakarta. E-learning 4.0 is the latest e-learning developed from previous e-learning versions. It is necessary to measure the capability level of e-learning 4.0 technology to find out the expected capability and reliability levels of e-learning 4.0 services so as to produce recommendations for improvements to optimize the quality of e-learning services ¬4.0 at the National Veterinary Development University of Jakarta. Research on the Capability Level of E-Learning Technology 4.0 at the National Veteran Development University in Jakarta was carried out with the evaluation standard COBIT 5 Framework which focused on EDM01 (Ensuring Governance and Management Maintenance), APO01 (Managing IT Management Framework), APO08 (Managing Relationships) , APO11 (Managing Quality), DSS01 (Managing Operations), DSS05 (Managing Sustainability). From the capability measurement results, it is known that all the processes assessed in this study are at level 1 (one) where all processes have achieved their objectives and the expected target level is level 3 (three).
