Abstract :
Nurses as providers of nursing care in their implementation apply work culture values so that the results of drug administration are appropriate and in accordance with established procedures. Values of work culture can be caused by work motivation of nurses that affect the performance of nurses in the accuracy of drug delivery. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between work culture values and nurses' work motivation in the accuracy of drug delivery in the emergency room and inpatient rooms of Pademangan Hospital. The research method cross sectional with the test Chi Square used a total sampling of 30 respondents, namely Pademangan Hospital nurses. There is no significant relationship between work culture values and nurse work motivation (p Value = 1 and 95% CI). The recommendation of this study is that the head of the room can always remind nurses to always practice the values of work culture in every patient overan.
