Abstract :
In running a business every company has a goal to be achieved. To achieve company goals, human resources with a good level of success or productivity are needed. Efforts that can be given by companies to increase company productivity by providing health facilities. PT PLN (Pesero) Unit Holder of Java Bali Load Control Center is a state-owned company that pays attention to the health of its employees. The provision of this facility is in the form of health restitution which requires good procedures as an internal control to prevent fraud. Based on the description, the writer takes the of the final project report ?Review of the procedure payment of employee and family health restitution at the PT PLN (Pesero) Unit Holder of Java Bali load control center?. The purpose of this thesis is to know in theory and technique of giving and payment by the company. This review is carried out by observing, interviewing, and working practices, as well as literature studies. The conclusion from the end of this review is that the company has carried out health restitution payments following the existing procedures used as an internal control using ERP SAP and SIPAT that require accuracy.
