Abstract :
This research was conducted with the aim to find out and analyze the effect of service quality, product quality and price on customer satisfaction. This type of research is a quantitative study, the population in this study are visitors who have purchased Miniso products in Bintaro Jaya Xchange, South Tangerang with a sample of 75 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method, data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the PLS (partial least Square) analysis method with SmartPLS 3.2 software. The results showed (1) there was a positive and significant effect on service quality on customer satisfaction, (2) there was a positive and significant effect on product quality on customer satisfaction, (3) there was no significant effect on price on customer satisfaction
