Abstract :
In the era of 4.0 Industrial Revolution, information technology has become a crucial necessity for all organizations. The development of technology thas is increasingly sophisticated and versatile, began to be directed to be an enabler towards improving the performance of an organization, including government organizations of the village level. To achive its objectives in realizing excellent service for the community, kelurahan Cipedak together with the dasawisma cadre do the collection of buildings and families in the kelurahan Cipedak. To facilitate in carrying out its task is made a family-based mobile data collection system called Carik Jakarta. Considering that information technology is an important asset for government agencies, it needs to measure the capabilities of the system in order for the system to be viable. Measuring the capabilities of Carik Jakarta uses COBIT 5 framework with domain Evaluate, Direct, and Monitor (EDM) Align, Plan, and Organize (APO), and Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS). Data collection is done by observation method, interview and dissemination questionnaire. In the results of evaluation, it is known that the assesment process is APO01 and APO11 has a level of capability of 1 as well as EDM04, APO07, APO08, and DSS05 has a level of capilablity of 2. The organization's capability level Target is level 3.
