Abstract :
This research was conducted to determine the level of accuracy in recognizing major and minor tones using the learning vector quantization method which can later help making applications for the public (users) in recognizing the major and minor tones of violin instruments. The violin is a musical instrument that is swiped and has four strings that are stringed where the lowest note is on the G note. This research was made using the Learning Vector Quantization method. This study is intended to determine the level of accuracy in the introduction of major and minor tones using the Learning Vector Quantization method in C basic notes. In the application that has been done by the writer that is the method testing phase with 75% accuracy presentation value.
