Abstract :
Drought is a natural phenomenon that can occur in an area. Where these events can threaten and disrupt life and livelihoods around areas affected by drought. For example Pandeglang with an area of 274,689.91 hectares, 80.07 percent of which is used for agricultural businesses such as rice fields, gardens, large plantations, land for community forest plantations and state forests, while the rest is used for plantations / land for construction and so on. Drought is an important thing for the local government to be able to overcome this problem. In this study the method used is TVDI (Temperature Vegetation Dryness Index). TVDI can be generated through the formation of a triangular relationship between NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) and LST (Land Suraface Temperature) in 2017. %
