Abstract :
Digi Kidz is a course institution that focuses on creativity learning for children. Digi Kidz had 12 branches in 9 cities in Indonesia and the central branch located at Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD). The large number of students require the administration to arrange the schedule everyday. The teacher must take some documentations after the project finished to report to each parents to inform the progress of their child. This research aims to design the database of academic process at Digi Kidz Course Institute. This relational database use Database Life Cycle Cycle (DBLC) method which has stage of database design with conceptual, logical and physical. With this database design, it will provide benefits for users that academic process can work more effective and efficient
