Abstract :
Based on the policy of the medium-term development plan in the health sector, the health center is expected to be able to make improvements such as promotive and preventive measures supported by activities and the use of technology. Therefore, the new Kebayoran sub-district puskesmas uses an information system for daily health efforts. This research was conducted with the intention of finding out how much the level of acceptance and use of the health center information system at the Kebayoran Baru District Health Center using the Unified Theory Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) framework. This study uses a questionnaire method as a research instrument, the sample used is the user (user) of the public health center information system, followed by testing the validity and reliability. Furthermore, data processing is carried out using PLS-SEM, based on processed data it is known that the Performance Expectancy construct has a significant effect of 25.6% on the Behavioral Intention construct, the Effort Expectancy construct has a significant effect of 65.3% on the Behavioral Intention construct, the construct Facilitating Conditions have a significant effect of 15.8% on the Use Behavior construct and the Behavioral Intention construct has a significant effect of 63.6% on the Use Behavior construct.
