Abstract :
Human relations is a relationship that exists between one individual and another where the individual as a communicator treats the communicant humanely. Human Relations is very influential on the internal relations of a company or organization. As is the case with mass media-based companies such as Jak TV in Jakarta, which consists of individuals with various characters. This human relations process is carried out in line with the implementation of the duties of each division which has different variants of job desks, but has the same goal in advancing the company. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of human relations activities at PT. Danapati Abinaya Investama (Jak TV) and to find out whether what is used in this research is human relations theory. Because the theory is related to the implementation of human relations phenomenon activities in improving the company's internal relations at PT. Danapati Abinaya Investama (Jak TV).
