Abstract :
The research objective is to see the effect of liquidity as measured by Current Ratio (CR), Leverage as measured by Debt Equity Ratio (DER) and profitability projected by Return On Equity (ROE) on Dividend Policy proxied by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). The study examines the population of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the 2015-2019 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique in order to obtain 30 manufacturing companies and a five-year observation period, so that 150 sample data were obtained in this study. Analysis using Microsoft Excel 2013 using the E-views 10 program to test hypotheses with Panel Data Regression Analysis and the level of confidence used is 5%. The results of this study partially show that, (1) Liquidity has no significant effect on Dividend Policy, (2) Leverage has no effect on Dividend Policy, (3) Profitability has a negative effect on Dividend Policy.
