Abstract :
This research is intended to describe the influence of career development on the
productivity of the employees of Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro of Sumenep
Regency. The research method used in this research is Quantitative method with
the sample size of 39 respondents, taken from the population of 59. Data analysis
method used in this research is Simple linear regression analysis. Based on the
results of the study, it is found the findings of career development have an effect
on and significant to work productivity Employees. It is known Based on the
results of data analysis on the calculation of the regression equation is Y =
18.976 + 0.441 X. The equation is shown the influence of independent variables
(X) on the dependent variable (Y), regression coefficient b = 0.441 Because the
value of coefficient b = 0.441 (positive) then the regression model is positive or
unidirectional, meaning if the value of Career Development (X) The value of work
productivity variable (Y) is also higher also. And from t-test obtained t value =
positive to significant influence between independent variable that is Career
Development to dependent variable of work productivity of Employee.
