Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of fermented coconut in the ration to the production of laying quail. This research method used a completely randomized design (CRD) experimental method using 200 laying quail 8-11 weeks old. Devided into 4 tretment groups with different levels of fermented coconut dregs, P0 = feed with 0% fermented coconut, P1 = 7% feed with fermented coconut p, P2 = feed with 12% fermented coconut, P3 = feed with fermented coconut dregs as much as 21%. Each treatment was repetated 5 times so that there were 20 units with a total of 10 laying quails per unit. Parameters observed were egg production, egg feed ratio and egg weight. The results of this study showed that the addition of fermented coconut dregs effect on egg weight, but had no effect on hen day, hen housed and feed egg ratio.
