Abstract :
Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is an indicator of a country's health status. One effort to reduce MMR is to provide quality Antenatal Care (ANC) services to prevent the risk of maternal and fetal death. . Against the lack of Antenatal Care (ANC) service indicators, namely the achievements of K1 and K4 in Candipuro Health Center which are thought to have an impact on the declining quality of antenatal care services and cause an increase in MMR. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of Antenatal Care (ANC) services for Pregnant Women at the Candipuro Health Center. This type of the research was Qualitative, Results of this study was analysis of the implementation of Antenatal Care (ANC) which consist of input factors, processes factors and output factors which form priority problems along with solutions to the problems agreed upon. The priority of these problems is the coverage of K1 and K4 coverage with the solution to carry out education to the public regarding the importance of antenatal care in the first trimester through posyandu programs and healthy family visits, and classes of pregnant women. The second problem is the maternal mortality that occurs in the working area of Candipuro puskesmas with a solution to improve communication and coordination of networks between the first level health facilities in the working area of Candipuro Health Center. The third problem is the need to carry out rearrangement of the KIA poly space in order to support an effective and efficient service process, the solution is to propose a layout renovation of the entire Health Center so that the KIA poly space can be reorganized according to service needs.
