Abstract :
E-Learning JTI is a place of online learning program especially for student of Information technology department at Politeknik Negeri Jember. Sometimes, this system has an error in extremely low response time. Therefore, with the help of query index in the several tables, hopefully will help this system being optimal. The initial database upload was using bigdump which is useful for uploading the database locally in myql. Also used Moodle as online learning platform from Moodle can find out several important database flows used in elearning. Moodle has about 64 tables which has important role in e-learning with total 419 tables used. The main database was given a query index to connect among cables that will be useful for the more optimal response time and try to execute the relation among cables without index. From the result we enter the data in excel to compare which response time is faster. The next step is the result of the query index and without query index, a phyton program is created which is useful for comparing which respond time is more optimal. Keyword: E ?
