Abstract :
Effects of task technology fit research on the individual performance in using the E-Medical Record System in the outpatient installation of RSU Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Mojokerto City is a research that focuses on the suitability of technology tasks and the use of information technology on individual performance. This study aims to empirically test a part of the Task Technology Fit model proposed by Goodhue and Thompson (1995) so that it can provide input for the hospital to develop that information technology at a later. This type of research is analytic quantitative, data collection through observation and distributing questionnaires to 26 respondents, the instrument used IBM SPSS Statistic version 22.0, and hypothesis testing used simple linear regression analysis and path analysis. Testing result that the Task Technology Fit affects to the individual performance in RSU Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Mojokerto City and path testing shows that through an indirect path that is in accordance with individual tasks, which is enhanced its use will provide better individual performace results.
