Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on the performance of technicians in the engineering department at CV. Pacific Harvest Banyuwangi.The population in this study amounted to 30 technicians using a total sampling technique. The tool or instrument used in collecting research data is in the form of a questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis and the help of statistical software IBM SPSS 24 for windows. The independent variable consists of occupational safety (X1) and occupational health (X2), while the dependent variable is the performance of technicians (Y). Testing the instrument using validity and reliability tests. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the variables X1 and X2 together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of technicians. Furthermore, the multiple linear regression test shows that the occupational safety variable (X1) and the occupational health variable (X2) have a significant influence on the performance of the technician in the engineering department.
