Abstract :
Developing Website as a Promotional Media of Ijen View Hotel and Resort Bondowoso, Risqi Chandra Kurniawan, NIM F31170245, 2020, 30 pages, English Study Program, Politeknik Negeri Jember, Nanik Mariyati, S.Pd., M.Pd. (Supervisor). This is the report of final project entitled ?Developing Website as a Promotional Media of Ijen View Hotel and Resort Bondowoso?. The project was made because Ijen View Hotel and Resort Bondowoso's promotional website has not been updated for a long time and does not have up-to-date information. They needed a website with new design and more latest and more complete information. In making this final project, the writer needed supporting data to complete this final project and the writer did interview, observation, documentation, and audiovisual material. The new promotional website of Ijen View Hotel and Resort Bondowoso consisted of four parts. The firts part is Home page, Home page contains greetings for website visitors and brief information about Ijen View Hotel and Resort Bondowoso. The second part is Accomodation page, in Accommodation page contains list of room types available along with the facilities provided in each room. The third part is Fasilites page, this page explains the facilities provided by Ijen View Hotel and Resort Bondowoso, such as swimming pool, restaurant, ballrooms, and other available facilities. The last part is Contact page, this page contains hotel?s contacts, hotel addresses, e-mails, and social media that can be visited. This website is created using PHP programming language, Java, and also the Laravel Framework. In making website of Ijen View Hotel and Resort Bondowoso the writer used three steps. Those steps are Functional Requirements Analysis, Web Page Design, and Program Implementation. Moreover, the writer added evaluation and finishing at the last step. The writer found some problem when making the script of the website. The writer needed to learn about how to write a good script. The problems are difficulties of choosing a correct diction and grammar that used in the sentences. The writer confused in using grammar. So, the writer should think hard and needed to studied more to choose the best diction and the used of grammar for the script.
