Abstract :
E-library is an electronic or digital-based Website, which is used for media publications such as E-books, E-journals, and scientific papers. electronic library can be used to increase knowledge and references for students who are currently undergoing research. On This study is aims to prioritize Usability quality on the pa e-library Website Jember State Polytechnic Library. Testing the feasibility of using two methods namely the web Usability evaluation tool (WEBUSE) method and heuristic evaluation based on responses given by respondents to the questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed based on 10 characteristics of the heuristic evaluation method. Percentage of Quality of elibrary will be determined based on calculations at the measurement stage. The results obtained from the average calculation, the percentage of each characteristic, and the questionnaire distributed. Average test percentage characteristic characteristics, namely the System Visibility Status variable gets 76%, Match between System and real world with value 82%, User control and freedom with a value of 77%, Consistency and Standard with a value of 74%, ix Error Prevention with a value of 79%. Recognition than recall with a value of 78%, Flexibility and Efficiency of use with a value of 75%, Aesthetic and Minimalist Design with a value of 76%, Recognize Diagnosis and Recover from Errors with a score of 75%, Help and documentation with a rating of 72%. While the eligibility test total score 76%. The results of the presentation of the Usability test of each variable are System State Visibility scored 70%, Compatibility between System and real world with a score of 78%, User control and freedom with a score of 72%, Consistency and Standards with value 67%, Error Prevention with a value of 67%. Recognition rather than remembering with a value of 72%, Flexibility and Efficiency of use with a value of 69%, Aesthetic and Minimalist Design with a value of 70%, Recognize Diagnosis and 91 Recover from Error with a value of 69%, Help and documentation with a value of 65%. While the overall Usability test got value of 68% which means it is still quite good.
