Abstract :
The development of demand for organik agricultural products in developed countries is increasing rapidly form year to year and also consumer demand for organik rice in indonesia is also expected to continue to increase.The research is an exploratory descriptive research which aims to describe the information in accordance with the way the variables are studied. The method used in this study is an expert system method, which is a problem solving method by conducting interviews with several experts who are experts in their fields. The results of the interviews were modeled with the help of Powersim Software. The result of this research is a dynamic system model that can visually represent organic rice production. There are three scenarios based on the model formed, including a moderate scenario which can be assumed to represent the real situation of the company Then an optimistic scenario is prepared with the assumption that there is an increase that benefits the company and lastly, a pessimistic scenario is prepared with the assumption of a decline that could harm the company.
