Abstract :
Orchid Dendrobium spp. It is one of the most popular plants and becomes a favorite plant among indonesian people because it has the beauty of flowers and its distinctive aroma. The difficulty of orchid cultivation results in vitro at the acclimatization stage. The dosing of coconut water is able to increase the growth and quality of orchid seeds at the time of acclimatization. This research was conducted from December 2020 to January 2021, where the study was conducted at Handoyo Budi Orchids JL. Bondowoso NO. 9, Gading Kasri, Kec. Klojen, Malang City, East Java. The treatment in this study consists of A0 = 0 ml; A1 = 20 ml/Plant; A2 = 40 ml/Plant; A3 60 ml/Plant; A4 = 80 ml/Plant; and A5 = 100 ml/Plant. The results showed that the height parameters of the plant aged 28 HST, the number of aged leaves and 28 HST and the width of the leaves aged 28 HST differed very markedly. While the height of plants aged 7, 14, 21 HST, the number of leaves aged 7 and 14 HST, leaf width aged 7, 14, and 21 HST is not real. The treatment with the highest average application time is treatment with the addition of a dose of coconut water 100 ml / plant. Keyword : orchid Dendrobium spp, coconut water
