Abstract :
This study aims to explain village financial management planning in Bucor Kulon Village, as well as analyze the suitability of village financial management planning in Bucor Kulon Village, Pakuniran District, Probolinggo Regency with village financial management planning according to the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs (Permendagri) Number 20 of 2018. This study is located in Bucor Kulon Village, Pakuniran District, Probolinggo Regency. This research is included in the type of comparative qualitative research using primary and secondary data collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The validity of the data was checked by using the triangulation method. The author analyzes the data by reducing the data, presenting the data, and making conclusions. The results show that the financial management planning process of Bucor Kulon Village has been going well and in accordance with Permendagri Number 20 of 2018. Bucor Kulon Village can stipulate Village Regulations regarding APBDes which is the output of the village financial management planning process in a timely manner in accordance with what is in the Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 which is December before of the following fiscal year.
