ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research to find out the influence of the media cropping and concentrate PGPR (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) on the growth bud set cane PS 881 varieties. This research was conducted on November 2019 ? February 2020 at Land Polytechnic of Jember. The research used Group Random Design Factorial with the first factor Comparison of Planting Media and the second factor was the concentration of PGPR, there are 12 treatment combinations and 3 replications. The Planting Media Comparison Factor consists of 3 levels, namely Top Soil: Compost: Sand (M1 = 1 : 1 : 1, M2 = 1 : 2 : 1, M3= 2 : 1 : 1) and 4 levels of PGPR concentration (0 ml/ liter, 15 ml/liter, 30 ml/liter, 45 ml/liter). Further, the researcher conducted a 5% of BNJ (Real Difference Honest) follow-up test. The results showed that the Comparison of Planting Media gave significantly different results on plant height parameters. The concentration of PGPR (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) was not significantly different for all parameters.
