Pests and diseases in plants are very detrimental to farmers. System android-based experts to detect pests and diseases using the This certainty factor is used to assist farmers and extension workers in overcoming problems with corn. Selected factor certainty method because it is suitable for use in systems that contain uncertainty. System design using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and design design using a prototype. Level of satisfaction and importance users of an android-based expert system to detect pests and diseases on corn using the pieces framework. Suitability level domain performance on the system is 98.76%. Match level domains information and data on the system by 100%. Match level domains economy on the system by 100%. Match-level domain control and security on the system by 100.8%. Domain efficiency level on system by 96.7%. The level of conformity of the service domain on the system is 99.2%. The results of testing the accuracy of the system using a confusion matrix with 21 test data, the quality of accuracy accuracy is 100%.
