Abstract :
This research aims to (1) explains how to management Village Fund Allocations carried out in Carangrejo Village, Kesamben District, Jombang Regency based on the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018. (2) explains the implementation of accountability in the management of Village Fund Allocations in Carangrejo Village, Kesamben District, Jombang Regency. This research was conducted with a qualitative method. Data were collected throught observation, documentation, and interviews which were then analyzed with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification drwaing. The results of this study indicate that all stages of the management of the Village Fund Allocation in Carangrejo Village have implemented the principle of accountability even though there are obstacles exprerienced at the implementation and accountability stages due to delays in disbursing funds from the Jombang Regency Government. Nevertheless, The Carangrejo Village Government has succeeded in implementing all conformity indicators according to the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018 at each stage.
