Abstract :
This study aims to determine the benefits, constraints and performance of the West Kambingan village apparatus using indicators of quantity, quality and timeliness in implementing the Siskeudes application at the Kambingan Barat Village Office, Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency. The Siskeudes application is a village government stone tool in financial governance. This research method uses qualitative research which is described descriptively. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling method. Informants in this study included village heads, village secretaries and village operators. Data obtained by means of structured interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Siskeudes application is useful for helping the work of village officials to be more effective and efficient even though there are obstacles that can be overcome with existing solutions. The West Kambingan village apparatus has a good performance because it is in accordance with applicable regulations.
