Abstract :
PT. Rfiki Kopi Sejahtera is one of the coffee industries located in Sepuran Hamlet, Silo District, Jember Regency. The company produces several types of coffee, one of which is Arabica Coffee. This research aims to find out the process of controlling the supply of arabica coffee bean raw materials carried out by the company. As well as analyzing the optimal quantity of raw material purchases, safety supplies, repurchase points, and the total cost of inventory to be charged using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. The analysis tools used are Safety Stock to determine the amount of safety stock, Reorder Point to determine when to reorder, and Total Inventory Cost to calculate the cost of inventory charged. The results of the analysis of control of the supply of arabica coffee beans using the EOQ method can be determined the optimal purchase amount in one order as much as 35 kg (arabica ijen), 19 kg (arabica argopuro), 21 kg (arabica kintamani), and 16 kg (arabica gayo). The amount of safety supplies is 8.5 kg for arabica ijen, 3.2 kg for arabica argopuro, 0.8 for arabica kintamani, and 0.8 for arabica gayo. The repurchase point is as much as 10.5 kg (arabica ijen), 5.2 kg (arabica argopuro), 4.8 kg (arabica kintamani, and 4.8 kg (arabica gayo) The total cost of supplies with the EOQ method charged to the company due to inventory procurement activities in the types of arabica ijen coffee, argopuro arabica, kintamani arabica, and gayo arabica are Rp 225,926,-, Rp 108,720,-, Rp 144,357,-, and RP 115,866,-.
