Abstract :
The library is part of the resources of learning that must be owned by every school or college. Because it can be facilitate students to finding an information. Following the development of technology is the background of the creation of this libraries website, by utilizing technological developments to make a conventional systems (manual bookkeeping) into a computerized system can increase the effectiveness and efficiency in searching and borrow a books. Reporting a book can also be done by students if students find that there are damaged books, missing pages, etc. When the book is indeed not worth to reading, the book will enter the book weeding. In this research a web-based information system is designed using the PHP MySQL programming language. With this system it is expected to meet the various needs of users to find books and borrow books and make it easier for school administrators to manage the reports needed by the library
