Abstract :
UD Amanah is an agroindustry business that processes soybeans into tofu,. Located in Sount Kajar Selatan, RT 001 RW 03, Sumberjati Village, Silo District, Jember Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the inventory control of soybean raw materials at UD Amanah. This type of research is descriptive quantitative . The method used is the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method using 5 analytical techniques, namely analysis of optimal raw material purchases, Ordering frequency, safety stock, reorder point (ROP) and total inventory cost. Based on the analysis result obtained using the EOQ method, the the number of orders for economical soybean raw materials at UD Amanah in 2020 is 5,344 Kg of soybeans with a purchase frequency of 26 times in one year by reordering raw materials if the inventory in the warehouse runs out. 1,215 Kg of soybeans. with a total cost of inventory that must be issued amounting to Rp 989,060,527 Keywords : Inventory Control, Soybean Raw Material, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ)
