Abstract :
Patient registration and recording of medical records in Sahabat Sehat Lamongan Clinic is still manually, this causes the process of searching for patient data there are still delays and the data sought was often not found, resulting in a long supply of medical records, which can lead to requests for medical record documents patients pile up. Manual medical records in Sahabat Sehat Lamongan Clinic will have an impact on the clinic's inability to provide fast service and the inability to process data into required information. The purpose of this research are to design and manufacture a web-based outpatient electronic medical record system in Sahabat Sehat Lamongan Clinic which can simplify the service process and improve the quality of outpatient medical records in Sahabat Sehat Lamongan Clinic. This system design method uses a prototype method that consists of identifying requirements, building and compacting the prototype with the user needs, building the system and compacting it with the user needs. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and brainstorming. The results of this research are an outpatient electronic medical records system that integrates outpatient registration and patient medical records, can process and produce visit report data and the top 10 diseases quickly, precisely, and effectively so can improve the quality of service to patients, improve quality medical records and can support clinical accreditation.
