Abstract :
Kencong Health Center in the implementation of its services has used SIMPUS made by the Jember District Health Office and has been bridging with P-Care made by BPJS. However, in carrying out the outpatient registration process, officers still apply a manual system where the patient's identity is written manually and then inputted again into SIMPUS, the system used often experiences errors and KIB is written manually which can result in services requiring a longer time. Therefore, we need an information system that can solve this problem by creating a system that can register online with a barcode to facilitate the search for patient data so that it is more effective and efficient in registering. This research is a qualitative research by applying data collection methods through interviews, observation, and documentation. The design of this information system uses the waterfall system development, where this metjod have aby proccess are analysis requirement software,design,coding and testing. Analysis requirement software is process of analysis the problems and requirement of designing the information system. The design using Flowchart Diagram, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, and Entity Relationship Diagram. Coding step using HTML, PHP programming language, Bootstrap, MySQL, and codeigniter. And the last step is black box testing for checking the function of the online outpatient registration information system. The results of this study are an online outpatient registration information system that can facilitate patients and TPPRJ officers in the registration process
