Abstract :
CV. Unggas Karya is a poultry producing company with an agro-industrial background. This company was estabilished since 2013. The products produced are broilers, CV. Unggas Karya has a market share in several areas in Jombang Regency and to maintain consumer loyalty CV. Unggas Karya always maintains the quality of the products, but the production capacity of broilers at CV. Unggas Karya is still limited every month so that CV. Unggas Karya is required to increase its broiler production capacity in order to meet market needs. This study aims to determine what internal and external factors are appropriate for CV business development. Unggas Karya, and to find out the right Priority Strategy to be applied to CV. Poultry Works. The analytical methods and tools used in this research are IFE and EFE Matrix as input stage, IE Matrix and SWOT Matrix as matching stage, and strategy determination using Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Based on the result of the calculation of the QSPM analysis which is the priority of the development strategy on the CV. Unggas Karya is to esetablish corporation through a partnership pattern between farmers and the private sector with a value of TAS 6,64.
