Abstract :
Poverty is a problem faced by the government from time to time. Poverty is a condition of individuals or groups who cannot fulfill their basic needs to live a better life. The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a social program given to people who are determined by the government as PKH recipient families. This program was launched by the Ministry of Social Affairs to reduce poverty in Indonesia. Determination of poor families is the main problem faced because of the many criteria that must be met. So in this study we want to help make officers overcome these problems by building a decision support system to identify prospective PKH recipients based on their criteria. The method used is the Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal (TOPSIS), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is used to test the functional requirements of the application.
