Abstract :
The Probolinggo district health office implements SIMPUS in 2017 for trial at 15 primary healthcare and in the 2018 has been implemented at all of 33 primary healthcare in Probolinggo district. SIMPUS was designed by the Probolinggo district health office that?s still found problems according to aspect in the End User Computing Satisfaction method. The aim of this study was to evaluate SIMPUS in Probolinggo district on SIMPUS user satisfaction using the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. This study examines content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timeliness, and user satisfaction from SIMPUS users spread across 12 primary healthcare in the Probolinggo district health office?s working area. The type of research used is quantitative analytic with a cross-sectional study design. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research with a simple linear regression analysis. This study showed that included all variables : content, accuracy, format, timeliness and ease of use variable effect on user satisfaction with significance value 0,000. It states that SIMPUS users have felt satisfaction when using SIMPUS, but still needs to be repaired. Recommendations for the Probolinggo district health office must be maintained and improve for lack of SIMPUS, especially in the quality system so that SIMPUS operates properly without major problems.
