Abstract :
Vannamei shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) lives in American waters and is one type
of white shrimp that is quite commercial. According to data from BPS (Central
Statistics Agency) the production and value of capture fisheries production in
public waters by province and the main commodities in 2018 especially shrimp in
Indonesia reached 39,963 tons (Central Statistics Agency, 2020) and the selling
price reached Rp. 2,354,684,796 (Central Bureau of Statistics, 2020). The choice
of white shrimp is due to several factors, namely it is very popular in the American
market, is more resistant to disease than other white shrimp, grows faster in
cultivation and has a wide tolerance for environmental conditions. To create a
water quality identification system to determine the value of water quality in shrimp
ponds. Water quality identification can be done in real time using several tools
including temperature sensors, salinity sensors, pH sensors, Wemos D1 Mini
ESP8266 Microcontroller, LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), Arduino. In this study,
researchers used the fuzzy tsukamoto method to identify water quality in shrimp
ponds, because more accurate results were obtained. Based on the results of the
calculation of the accuracy of the IoT tool, the researcher got an IoT tool accuracy
value of 97.45%.
