Abstract :
Indonesian is often hit by natural disasters such as tsunamis, volcanic eruptions,
floods, droughts, hurricanes and earthquakes. On the other hand, Indonesia's
position in the tropics also causes other natural disasters such as hurricanes,
landslides, rain, drought and so on. The surveyor team has differences in the
standard assessment criteria to determine the level of damage due to natural
disasters in several locations experiencing natural disasters which result in the
assistance provided not being in accordance with the needs of the victims.
Therefore, a system for determining the level of damage due to natural disasters
and recommendations for assistance was built based on damage to the condition of
the building, the condition of the building structure, the physical condition of the
building, the function of the building, and other supporting conditions as inputs.
The results obtained from the White Box testing 3 main pages in the system for the
level of damage page are carried out 2 times until they run as needed and the system
can display recommendations for types of assistance and system accuracy results
from calculating accuracy in determining the level of damage due to natural
disasters using the fuzzy method, namely 83%.needed and the system can display
recommendations for types of assistance
