Abstract :
One of the effort that can be used to provide high quality of Corn seed (Zea mays L.) is how to kept storage in the right way. This research was carried out on Maret-Mei 2019 in Laboratory Seed Processing Technique Politeknik Negeri Jember, Mastrip street mail box 164, Jember Region. This research was used Randomized Complete Design (RCD) factorial with 2 factors and 3 replication. The first factor was different packaging (plastic, paper, and alumunium foil).The second factor was a storage temperature (high temperature, room temperature, and cool storage). The result showed that the different packaging was able to maintain moisture content, plasctic can maintain of moisture content until 11,9%. The interaction between different packaging and temperature storage has no significant effect of moisture content and seed germination.
