Abstract :
The outpatient medical record service system at the Nawangsasi Health Center, Musirawas Regency, still uses a manual system. It is often known that if there is a patient who carries the KIB (Treatment Index Card) must wait a long time for his medical record to be found and what if the medical record sought is not found, a new medical record will be created which means that there will be duplication of data or redundancy of data. The purpose of this study was to design and create an electronic medical record information system with COVID risk screening at the Nawangsasi Health Center, Musirawas Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research. The result of this study is an electronic medical record information system with COVID risk screening at the Nawangsasi Health Center, Musirawas Regency, the system development method used is a prototype and the SAW method, The manager of this electronic medical record information system there are 3 medical record information system officers who have different access rights for each menu of each user including registration officers who have a patient queue menu, new patient registration, patient visits, patient lists, and visit reports. Meanwhile, polyclinic officers have a menu of polyclinic patient queues and visit reports. Pharmacy attendants have a menu of view prescriptions. The admin officer has a menu of visit reports, disease reports, polyclinic reports. The advantages of this information system have COVID screening and the shortcomings that exist in the pharmacy feature do not yet have a notification feature for drug confirmation for doctors and also in the dispensary section there is no drug database so that the stock of drugs is unknown. The advice given to develop this electronic medical record information system is more complex and includes inpatient units and pharmacies for continuous information.
