Abstract :
The high price of expensive chicken feed, especially Kampung Super chickens
which do not have their own conventional feed. Microorganisms as an alternative
to their own feed can be found in the material around us, this can be called local
microorganisms (MOL). The MOL we want to create comes from snails that are
abundantly available around us, by utilizing snails, it is hoped that there will be
cost efficiency in raising Kampung Super chickens in farmers. This study uses the
calculation method of R/C ratio, B/C ratio, and BEP to see if it's feasible to
chicken farms. Kampung Super with supplementary feed MOL Snails are run by
breeders or not. For all treatments, both control treatment with feed treatment
with the addition of Snail MOL was feasible for business, but on the graph it
decreased in the treatment with the addition of Snail MOL. The results of the use
of Snail MOL showed variable costs of (Rp. 20,424), R/C (1.24), B/C (0.24), BEP
unit (17.64 fish) and BEP price (Rp. 484.987). With the result that the use of Snail
MOL has not been able to increase the income of farmers with the addition of
snail mole feed.
